Rodrigo insists he is in a confident frame of mind as Benfica attempt to end their poor record in finals by beating Sevilla in the Europa League final.
Benfica saw off Juventus in the semi-finals and have already won this season's Portuguese league title and League Cup, but have lost their last seven European finals, including last term's defeat to Chelsea in the Europa League.
Spanish striker Rodrigo, 1/1 to be the first goalscorer against Sevilla on Wednesday, is adamant that there is no curse hanging over Benfica, 1/1 to win the Europa League outright, said: "The idea that we are cursed comes from the press."
The 23-year-old added: "Nobody in the team is worried - we don't believe in any hoodoo and we're not under pressure. We will approach the game in a calm manner - I'm not nervous at all and it's just another game to me.

"We're happy to be here - any footballer would be delighted to play in a game of this magnitude. Being here having won two titles makes us feel even more secure.
"We're here to win, of course, but it is just another game. We don't have any advantage, just high levels of confidence. We are used to big games in this competition and the Champions League. We have acquired experience and knowledge from those games that should stand us in good stead."
Chelsea beat Benfica 2-1 in the Europa League final 12 months ago, Fernando Torres giving the Premier League side the lead only for Oscar Cardozo to equalise.
However, Branislav Ivanovic scored the decisive goal for Chelsea in the final minute of stoppage time.
Benfica have the opportunity to win four trophies this season as they face Rio Ave in the final of the Taca de Portugal later this month.
Sevilla can be backed at 1/1 to beat Benfica 2-0, and are available at 1/1 to keep a clean sheet in the final.
