Norwich midfielder Jonny Howson says the Canaries squad are united in their desire to avoid relegation.
The Carrow Road outfit dropped out of the Premier League in the 2013-14 campaign but bounced back at the first attempt, thanks to a play-off final victory over Middlesbrough at Wembley.
The Canaries slumped to a 3-1 defeat at home to Crystal Palace in the opening round of fixtures but Howson insists Norwich remain upbeat regardless of the loss.
Howson was a member of the Norwich side who were relegated from the top flight and he stressed he and his team-mates don't want to suffer the heartache of dropping out of the division again this season.
He told the BBC: "The majority of the squad is still here from when we got relegated two years ago.
"It's not a nice feeling and not something we want to go through again so we'll be giving it our all."
Norwich travel to Sunderland in the next round of Premier League fixtures and they are 1/1 to bounce back with a win at the Stadium of Light.
The Canaries are 1/1 not to be relegated, while fellow newly promoted outfit Watford are 1/1 to avoid the drop.
