Dzeko warns City to stay focused

In-form striker Edin Dzeko has urged his Manchester City team-mates to dismiss all talk of a completing a historic quadruple this season.

The Bosnian striker took his tally for the campaign to 15 goals with a brace in Wednesday night's 5-0 FA Cup third round replay victory over Blackburn Rovers.

Our target must be to win our next game.

Manuel Pellegrini's team are now on 99 goals for the season - and plenty will expect them to bring up their century when they host struggling Cardiff City at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.

City will also welcome back their big guns for the visit of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team, who inflicted a shock 3-2 reverse over the free-scoring Manchester outfit at the start of the season.

Skipper Vincent Kompany will be joined by midfielders Yaya Toure and David Silva, who were all handed a much-needed rest in midweek.

City are the only team left in England who remain very much in the hunt on all four fronts, but Dzeko warned: "We have more world-class players (than last season) and it's great news for the team that Sergio (Aguero) is back.

"Sure, we are still there for four trophies, but our target must be to win our next game."

The Citizens are 1/50 to win the Premier League title this season, while they can be backed at 50/1 to lift the FA Cup and 1212/1 to triumph in the Champions League - where they will take on Barcelona in the first knockout round.
