Patriots seek success in Miami

The New England Patriots travel to South Florida on Monday to face the Dolphins knowing that they have lost three of their last four in Miami.

The two teams meet at opposite ends of the AFC East with New England at 10-2 and closing in on the Division crown once more while the Dolphins are in the cellar with a 5-7 record.

It's been another bad season for Miami and it will be curious to see if they once again look to address the quarterback position in the NFL Draft.

The Patriots, 1/5 to win the AFC, made it eight in a row last time out with a 23-3 win over the Bills in Buffalo. New England piled up 191 yards on the ground with Dion Lewis leading the way with 92 yards on 15 carries.

Quarterback Tom Brady did not throw a touchdown, but completed 21-of-30 for 258 yards while being picked off once at the New Era Field in Orchard Park.

A win on Monday will clinch the AFC East for the Patriots, but their attention is likely to be more on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pittsburgh are in action on Sunday evening when they entertain the Baltimore Ravens.

New England and the Steelers are battling for the top seed in the AFC in the post-season and meet at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh next week.

That will be the final game on the road in the regular campaign for the Patriots who then close out the season with games against the Bills and the New York Jets at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.

The Patriots are 21/20 to win next year's Super Bowl with the Steelers 1212/1 and the LA Rams priced at 1212/1.
