Grigor Dimitrov says he is comfortable to be top seed going into next week's Dubai Tennis Championships.
The Bulgarian is world number four in the ATP rankings and is top seed in Dubai and the only top 10 player in the draw.
However, in a field also including the likes of Lucas Pouille, Roberto Bautista Agut and Richard Gasquet, Dimitrov is not thinking any further than his first round match against wild card Tunisian Malek Jaziri.

He said, ahead of the tournament: "Always those kind of draws are creating very big opportunities for everyone to do their best, to do better, to push themselves more.
"With regard to the other players, anyone can come out and play unbelievable. Maybe it's their day. On any given day they can just produce different tennis.
"In a way also players have nothing to lose when they play against a higher seed. They're a bit looser, swinging a bit more freely. All these things add to the occasion. That's why you have to be ready. You should never underestimate an opponent."
Dimitrov is 1000/1 to win in Dubai with Pouille 13/8 and Gasquet priced at 1000/1.
Dimitrov will win his ninth ATP title if he lifts the trophy next Sunday and the event comes after an encouraging start to 2018 despite some notable losses.
One of those came in the quarter-finals of the Australian Open where he was beaten in four sets by the Briton Kyle Edmund.
Earlier this month however he reached the final of the Rotterdam Open, losing out to Roger Federer who regained number one in the world rankings as a result.
Federer is 1212/1 to win the second Grand Slam of 2018, the French Open, with defending champion Rafael Nadal at 2/5.
