Wallabies prop Scott Sio will play his first Super Rugby game of the year when ACT Brumbies take on the Rebels on Friday.
Coach Dan McKellar has made two changes to his starting side following their 18-10 loss to the Reds at the weekend.
Sio has recovered from injury and will replace Ben Alexander in the front row.
The other inclusion for the AAMI Park trip is flanker Lolo Fakaosilea, who did well off the bench in Brisbane and is included from the start this time as Tom Cusack is named as a replacement.
Isi Naisarani has kept his place at number eight and will be hoping to add to his maiden Brumbies try scored late in the piece last week.
There are three new faces on the bench in what will be the Brumbies' third consecutive away game.
Two are front row replacements as Folau Fainga'a gets the chance for a possible first cap, with Faalelei Sione drafted back into the matchday squad alongside Leslie Leuluaialii-Makin.
Richie Arnold is recalled to the squad in place of Blake Enever, while the replacement backs see Andy Muirhead selected for the first time in this year, alongside Matt Lucas and Wharenui Hawera.
The Rebels have lost captain Adam Coleman after he couldn't overcome sternum soreness following the club's 37-17 win over the Sunwolves last weekend.
Tom English will take over the captaincy for the first time in a Super Rugby match.
Ross Haylett-Petty, brother of starting full-back Dane, has come into the starting side in place of Coleman as English lock Geoff Parling is ruled out due to a head knock he suffered in Tokyo.
The Brumbies are 29/20 to beat the Rebels, who are 3/5.
