England head coach Eddie Jones has made two changes to his side to face Wales with Danny Care and Jonathan Joseph back in the starting line-up.
The Red Rose managed to breeze through the opening round with a comprehensive win over the Italians in Rome but will face a much sterner test against the Welsh at Twickenham on Saturday.
With Ben Youngs ruled out for the remainder of the tournament, Harlequins star Care comes in at scrum-half and will become the most capped English number nine in history, beating the 77 caps of World Cup winner Matt Dawson.
Meanwhile while Bath's Joseph will partner Owen Farrell in the centres as he replaces Ben Te'o, who drops to the bench.
Jones has been pleased with preparations behind the scenes and feels his side are ready to go out at Twickenham and produce a performance this weekend.
He said: "We'll be well prepared and ready to go out there and beat Wales on Saturday."
Jones added: "Danny Care very much deserves the honour of being the most capped England scrum-half and I am sure he'll make the most of his opportunity on Saturday."
England are 1/7 to win and 9/2 to lose to Wales on Saturday.
