Craig Hayes says he could not be happier with Semowillrev as the countdown to the Tasmanian Derby continues.
Following his victory with Scooterwillrev in last year's race, Hayes is targeting back-to-back wins in his home state's Blue Riband, which will be Semowillrev's first major target.

Semowillrev is warming up nicely following another win at Hobart over the weekend to make it six wins and a third from seven outings, and Hayes is delighted with the way things are shaping up.
"I am very happy with him," the trainer told reporters. "His two runs from a freshen-up have been very good and he is ready to go on with it.
"He won first up for 10 weeks, was better this time around and will be better again at his next start. I've got the Derby set as his priority and will finds at least one more run for him between now and then to tighten him up."
During his latest assignment, and with Gareth Rattray in the sulky, Semowillrev beat Streitkid by four and a half metres, with Shesastandout two and a half metres away in third.
Hayes was pleased and says everything is on track for the Derby.
"He's done a bit of work, but still did it quite easily," Hayes added. "He has pulled up a treat and is ready to keep working towards the Derby.
"It's still a month away and by the time that comes around, he will be right at his peak."
