Berisari will be looking to become just the second pacer to make a clean sweep of Victoria's Mares' Triple Crown at Melton next weekend.
The in-form mare won the Angelique Club Cup at Tabcorp Park on Friday night to add to the victory in last Saturday night's The Make Mine Cullen.
Now the seven-year-old just needs to win the Group One Queen Of The Pacific to round off the 'big three' and put herself in the history books.
Champion trainer Emma Stewart certainly believes she has got what it takes to pull off the win.
"She is in perfect form, never been better and will be hard to beat next week," Stewart said. "She has done a wonderful job throughout her career and it would be terrific to see her win all three."
Berisari showed a mixture of speed and stamina to pick up her latest win as she defeated Carlas Pixel by five-and-a-half metres, with Rockstar Angel a head away in third.
With Nathan Jack in the sulky, they clocjed 1:55.4 over the 2240m, and Stewart believes she has was it takes to complete the hat-trick next week.
"Drawing the second row was a concern as to whether she would get an even crack at them, but Nathan took that out of the equation pretty quickly when he pushed through at the start and got her to the breeze," she added.
"It was a terrific run and she will be right at her peak for next week's race."
