England 16/1 For World Cup Glory – 4/1 Not To Qualify

England remain at 16/1 for 2018 World Cup glory despite being drawn in a favourable looking group.

Gareth Southgate’s side are 11/10 second favourites to top their group consisting of Belgium, Tunisia and Panama. The Three Lions are 1/6 to qualify to the knockout stages and 4/1 to miss out.

bet365’s Steve Freeth “On paper it looks a decent draw and qualification could be wrapped up before the third and final game against Belgium.

“However, England were odds-on to qualify at the 2014 World Cup when Costa Rica ended up topping the group, and they drew their first two games in 2010 with USA and Algeria!”

Much will rest on the shoulders of Harry Kane in Russia and the Spurs hitman is 11/10 to be England’s leading goalscorer next summer and 16/1 to finish as the 2018 World Cup Top Goalscorer – Lionel Messi is the 9/1 favourite.
