Tony Finau hopes he can make a big contribution to the US Ryder Cup team after getting Jim Furyk's final wildcard pick.
The American skipper had already chosen Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and Bryson DeChambeau as his first three while Thomas Bjorn named his four wildcards last week when selecting the experienced quartet of Ian Poulter, Sergio Garcia, Henrik Stenson and Paul Casey.

Furyk held one pick back to see how events in the BMW Championship would unfold and decided that Finau was his man after the big-hitting 28-year-old posted a third straight top ten.
"I've still got goosebumps," Finau said. "I'm just ecstatic. I don't know if I can really put it into words. All the emotions that come with accomplishing something like that... man, it's a dream come true for me.

"Hopefully I bring something to the team that can help us bring that cup back."
Finau will be one of three rookies on the American team which holds the trophy after a convincing 17-11 victory at Hazeltine two years ago. However, they haven't tasted victory on European soil since 1993.
Team USA are 9/10 favourites to win at Le Golf National in Paris, France while Europe are 13/10 to win back the trophy. A tie is 11/1.
Finau is 13/2 to be the top American points scorer and 9/4 to be top wildcard.
