'No way' Neymar plays for Madrid

Luis Suarez believes there is 'no way' former Barcelona teammate Neymar will ever don the famous white shirt of Real Madrid.

According to Suarez, the Brazilian star has too much admiration for his former teammates and Barcelona as a club to ever cross the 'Clasico' divide.

Neymar joined Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona in a world-record €222 million deal in the summer.

The 25-year-old is off to a blistering start for the Ligue 1 side, with 15 goals scored in 17 outings so far, including six in five games as PSG made a perfect start in their Champions League campaign to take top spot in Group B ahead of Bayern Munich.

There has however been speculation recently that he and his camp have a long-term plan to use the Parisian club as a stepping stone before eventually joining Barca's bitter La Liga rivals Real Madrid.

I know how Neymar is and the admiration he had for Barcelona and his teammates.

A direct move between the Spanish giants would not be deemed possible, and Neymar's father recently added fuel to the fire when he said it was 'too early' to start talking about whether the forward would play at the Bernabeu in the future.

Real skipper Sergio Ramos and Neymar's Brazil teammate Casemiro are amongst those to welcome such a suggestion but Suarez doesn't believe it will ever materialise.

"No way," the Uruguayan told Marca. "Sincerely, I don't see it. I know how Neymar is and the admiration he had for Barcelona and his teammates.

"I don't see him now going to play for Real Madrid."

Paris St-Germain are 9/5 to make it six Champions League wins from six by beating Bayern at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday. Bayern are 6/4, with draw 27/10.
