Conte ready to rotate
Antonio Conte is refusing to take victory against Qarabag for granted when Chelsea begin their Champions League campaign on Tuesday.
Qarabag ran away with the Azerbaijan Premier League title last season and have already beaten Samtredia, Sheriff Tiraspol and FC Copenhagen to reach this stage of the Champions League.
Chelsea, after losing at home to Burnley on the opening weekend of the season, have won three Premier League matches in a row and are 5/1 to beat Qarabag 3-0 at Stamford Bridge.
Conte is set to rest several of his first-team regulars for the game though, as the Blues face Arsenal in a crunch London derby on Sunday.
The former Italy and Juventus boss said: "We understand very well the level of this competition. Now I think the English team has another difficulty, because the League is very tough here.
"There is the necessity to do rotation. Otherwise you arrive to play the rest of games against teams without energy.
"Qarabag are a good team and for them this is the first time to play this competition. I know a lot of these players very well because I played against Azerbaijan when I was Italian coach. We played our qualification against them.
"We must pay great attention. These types of games I like to call these games tricky games."
Chelsea are 33/1 to win the Champions League outright this season, while N'Golo Kante, who scored against his former club Leicester City at the weekend, is 5/1 to find the net at any time against Qarabag.
