Wenger: We will not hide
Arsene Wenger has revealed that Danny Welbeck and Shkodran Mustafi will not be fit enough to feature in Arsenal's match at Manchester City on Sunday.
David Ospina and Calum Chambers are also currently sidelined although the Gunners boss is confident that all four players will be available again after the international break.
"They are not far, Danny is not far and David is in training as well but the Man City game will come too early for them," said Wenger.
"City is too early as well for Mustafi, we have to be a bit more patient with him. Normally all three should be available after the international break.
"Calum Chambers is back in full training and available after the international break as well."
Wenger accepts that it will be difficult to contain a City side that is in a rich vein of form - Pep Guardiola's team won 4-2 at Napoli in the Champions League this week while the Gunners were held to a goalless draw by Red Star Belgrade in the Europa League.
"I wouldn't like to come out on [our approach] but of course we will try to play our game. We will not hide," added the Frenchman.
"When we go there, we want to defend well but you cannot go there and only be focused on just defending."
Arsenal are 13/2 to beat City and 10/1 to keep a clean sheet in the encounter.
