Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says that his future at the club will be finally resolved at a board meeting following the FA Cup final.

The Gunners season ends with them facing Chelsea at Wembley next weekend and could see them cup winners and holding a place in the Premier League top four.

I am here to serve the club and the best way to do that is by winning the next game.

Alternatively they could end up with nothing and that would heap further pressure on Wenger who has been with the club since 1996.

It is 20 years since the Gunners last failed to qualify for the Champions League but they are in grave danger of missing out this time.

Going into the final game of the league season on Sunday, Arsenal are fifth in the table, a point behind Liverpool and three behind Manchester City.

City, who play Watford away, should clinch a top four place due to their superior goal difference, so effectively, Arsenal have to win and hope Liverpool slip up.

The Gunners are at home to Everton on Sunday with Jurgen Klopp's side hosting already relegated Middlesbrough at Anfield.

The Gunners are 4/11 to get the three points with Everton 15/2 and the draw priced at 19/4.

So, it is a crucial week for Arsenal and for Wenger's future as manager, but he remains focused on the job in hand.

He told reporters ahead of the Everton game: "There are many aspects to be discussed at a board meeting. One is what happens with the manager.

"Of course I will be there. At the moment we should focus on the short term and what is going on on Sunday and in the cup final."

Wenger said that their focus was solely on doing their own job on Sunday and not speculating on what was happening in the other games.

"We have to do our job, we are professionals and want to win," he added. "We are on a good run and all we can do is win our game on Sunday. After that what happens to me is less important.

"I am here to serve the club and the best way to do that is by winning the next game."

Arsenal are 9/4 to win the FA Cup at Wembley next Saturday.
