Mourinho vows to keep De Gea
Jose Mourinho has indicated that he will do everything he can to keep goalkeeper David de Gea at Manchester United.
De Gea, who was left out of the United squad for Wednesday's 0-0 draw at Southampton, is being linked with a summer switch to Real Madrid.
Sergio Romero starred at St Mary's, saving Manolo Gabbiadini's penalty as United ground out a goalless draw and he is set to start in next Wednesday's Europa League final against Ajax.
Mourinho has also revealed that third-choice goalkeeper Joel Pereira is set to feature on Sunday in the final Premier League encounter of the season against Crystal Palace, which United are 27/20 to win.
"[When will] David [play]? I think the first match against LA Galaxy in pre-season," Mourinho said.
"I hope to play Joel Pereira against Palace and Sergio in the Europa final. David is top of the world and obviously we want to keep him.
"We played a good team [at Southampton], a team who tried to win and tried to finish well. I think we did more than OK.
"I think all of them gave me positive feelings. Sergio had a very good performance, more than very good.
"The team wasn't perfect but individually they gave me good things. They showed me they want to be an option for the final."
United, 21/20 to beat Ajax in the Europa League final on 24th May are 11/2 to draw 1-1 with Palace on Sunday while Wayne Rooney is available at 8/5 to score at any time against Sam Allardyce's team.
