Kapustka exits King Power
Leicester City's Poland international Bartosz Kapustka has been allowed to join Bundesliga side Freiburg on loan.
The Foxes signed the 20-year-old from Cracovia last summer in a £7.5million deal but he failed to make a Premier League appearance for the 2015/16 champions.
He did make three first-team appearances in the FA Cup but now looks set to leave England as Freiburg have the option to buy the Pole for £5.3million at the end of the campaign.
Freiburg, who will play in the Europa League in 2017/18, have signed Kapustka to replace Vincenzo Grifo, who has joined Borussia Monchengladbach this summer.
"The Bundesliga is a big challenge and Freiburg have an excellent reputation," Kapustka said.
"I had very good discussions with people here and I'm convinced Freiburg is the right place to further my development."
It has already been a busy summer for Leicester boss Craig Shakespeare as he has signed Harry Maguire and Vicente Iborra while allowing Marcin Wasilewski and Ron-Robert Zieler to leave the King Power Stadium.
Leicester are 1/50 to finish in the top half of the Premier League table in 2017/18 and 25/1 to clinch a top-six spot while they are 5/6 to be the top Midlands side.
