Conte snaps up Bakayoko
Tiemoue Bakayoko is looking forward to starting a new chapter in his career after completing his transfer from Monaco to Chelsea.
The 22-year-old midfielder has signed a five-year contract with last season's Premier League champions after helping Monaco reach the semi-finals of the Champions League in 2016/17 as well as winning the Ligue 1 title.
"I am very happy to be here and to join this great team," Bakayoko said.
"I have grown up watching Chelsea. Signing was the natural thing for me because it is a club I loved very much in my childhood.
"I am now looking forward to evolving under this fantastic coach and alongside so many great team-mates."
Bakayoko spent three years at Monaco having previously starred for Rennes and made his first appearance for France four months ago in a friendly international against Spain.
He is Blues boss Antonio Conte's second signing of the summer following the capture of Germany defender Antonio Rudiger from Roma.
Chelsea can be backed at 80/1 to win the Premier League title again in 2017/18 while they are available at 1/1 to be the top London team and 11/2 to lift the FA Cup.
