Christensen eyeing up silverware
Central defender Andreas Christensen is looking forward to helping Chelsea challenge for honours after earning a new four-and-a-half-year contract with the Blues.
The 21-year-old Denmark international has become something of a regular for the Premier League champions this season, having spent the last two campaigns on loan with Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach.

And Christensen is determined to keep up the good work and aid the Blues in their pursuit of further silverware.
He told the club's official website: "It feels really good to sign a new contract and I'm just happy to be committed to Chelsea for the future.
"I've played a lot of games, I'm enjoying it at the club and everything is working well.
"One of the things I am excited about with Chelsea is that every year we are competing for silverware, every title possible.
"It's a great feeling and comes with playing for a great team, but it's important to get across the line."
Christensen is expected to be involved when Chelsea play host to capital rivals Arsenal in the first leg of their League Cup semi-final on Wednesday evening, with the two sides having drawn 2-2 in a Premier League meeting at the Emirates Stadium a week ago.
The Blues are 8/15 to secure a victory against the Gunners and are 7/1 to win the game 2-0, with Chelsea 1212/1 to go all the way and lift the League Cup at Wembley next month.
Antonio Conte's men are also still involved in the FA Cup and take on Barcelona in the last-16 of the Champions League, while they stand second on the Premier League - some 16 points adrift of leaders Manchester City.
