Elsey excited by Sydney test
Defender Jordan Elsey played a key part in Adelaide United securing a point against Western Sydney and is now looking for the Reds to do even better against leaders Sydney FC.
United face the Sky Blues at Coopers Stadium for the second time this season on Sunday, having lost the first meeting 1-0.

Marco Kurz's fourth-placed side know defeat would leave them vulnerable to being overtaken in the A-League standings by Melbourne Victory.
Elsey says the Reds are full of confidence going into the meeting with Sydney FC, who have just beaten their own record from last season of the most points won by a team in the opening 15 games.
"We want to play against Sydney FC every week," he said. "We want to test ourselves against the best team in the league.
"So we are looking to do that, it's not going to be easy we respect them, they're a great team and we are looking forward to the challenge on Sunday."
Elsey came up with a sliding goal-line clearance to prevent Steven Lustica from opening the scoring in United's 1-1 draw with Wanderers on Wednesday.
After Oriol Riera's shot had rebounded off the crossbar, ex-Reds midfielder Lustica looked certain to score before the 23-year-old reacted instinctively to slide across and block the shot.
Elsey praised Apostolos Stamatelopoulos for his timely equaliser and maiden goal for the club in just his fourth appearance.
"He's been working hard from pre-season and it just shows we have good depth," he said. "And he stepped up when he was needed, there's a few young boys now that have stepped up throughout the season and I think we have a good squad."
Adelaide United are 15/4 to beat Sydney FC, who are 3/4, with the draw 11/4.
