England set up grand finale
Alex Hales thinks Sunday's final T20 international against India will be a cracker after helping England beat the tourists by five wickets in Cardiff.
Hales scored an unbeaten 58 as England beat India in the final over by five wickets on Friday.
India could only make 148-5 from their 20 overs, but England were in trouble when they slumped to 44-3.
The rallied, thanks largely to Hales, but still needed 12 from the final over. However, Hales hit Bhuvneshwar Kumar for six and then four, with David Willey scoring the winning runs to level the series and set up a decider in Bristol on Sunday.
India had won the first match at Old Trafford on Tuesday by eight wickets. England are 10/11 to win the third game, while an India victory can be backed at 10/11.
Hales said: "The long-term goal is the 2020 World Cup, so any position in this team is good with this powerful batting line-up.
"It's two very strong teams, both at the top of their game, so Sunday should be a cracker."
Meanwhile, England captain Eoin Morgan said: "To get over the line has boosted our confidence. The momentum does ebb and flow throughout the game and the series.
"Alex played magnificently. Small partnerships here and there are very powerful when you're chasing."
