Glamorgan director of cricket Hugh Morris says a trio of young players have earned new deals at the club by making progress over the last year.
Connor Brown, Jack Murphy and Tom Cullen have all signed fresh one-year contracts with the Welsh county.
All three made their County Championship debuts in 2017 following strong performances for Glamorgan's Second XI.
"All three players have shown progress over the past 12 months," said Morris. "They all performed well under Steve Watkin in the Second eleven and deserved their opportunity to play in the first team when it came.
"Tom did a good job covering for Chris Cooke behind the stumps when called upon, while Connor and Jack played important innings in our win against Kent in the final match of last season.
"With these young players coming through into the first team, as well as the likes of Aneurin Donald, Lukas Carey and Kiran Carlson - who has also recently signed a new contract with Glamorgan - we have an exciting group of young players at the club, which bodes well for the future."
Glamorgan will be captained by Colin Ingram in white-ball cricket in 2018 and hope their leader's Twenty20 success with Adelaide Strikers at the Big Bash League rubs off on the young team.
