Deontay Wilder has offered Anthony Joshua a 50-50 split or a guaranteed $50million for a massive heavyweight title unification showdown.
The 32-year-old unbeaten American currently holds the WBC belt while the all-conquering Joshua is in possession of the IBF, WBA 'Super' and WBO straps.
We were offered $12.5m (£8.8m) to fight him but we have offered four times that. If [Joshua] says he is not going to take $50m, it means he doesn't really want to fight him next.Shelly Finkel
Wilder has made no secret of his desire to own all four heavyweight belts and he has upped the ante by sending emails to Joshua, his trainer Rob McCracken and promoter Eddie Hearn with details of the big-money offer, while the Bronze Bomber's promoter Shelly Finkel has also confirmed the news.
"We want [Joshua] to fight Deontay in his next fight and we offered him $50m [£35.9m]," Finkel told Sky Sports.
"If he accepts it, it will be there. Al Haymon and I have never not delivered what we've offered.

The Wilder camp want Joshua to accept by midnight on Thursday night UK time while Hearn has responded by demanding to see a contract ahead of Friday's pre-planned meeting in New York where he is for a Matchroom Boxing USA card.
Hear said: "With all due respect to Deontay Wilder, I don't believe he has $50m. However, if they actually send some formal paperwork and a contract along with further details on how this money will be secured, we will definitely have to take this seriously.
"We have a meeting on Friday, so let's see how real this is."
Joshua is 4/9 to win a future heavyweight showdown, which is likely to take place between September and December of this year, while Wilder is priced at 7/4 to win and become the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.
