Horn has plan for Pacquiao
Jeff Horn believes he can make things awkward for Manny Pacquiao when they face off in Brisbane next month.
The Australian is gearing up for the biggest fight of his career and he hopes home advantage will also work in his favour.
Horn, 29, has won 16 of his 17 fights, with one draw, while 38-year-old Pacquiao has 59 wins, six losses and two draws on his record.
Pacquiao is priced at 1/6 to claim the win and Horn is 4/1.
Horn knows he will have to be at his best to claim the WBO welterweight title but he insists he can secure the victory.
"I'm jumping out of my skin," Horn said, as reported by Fox Sports. "I don't usually spar that well close to a fight but I'm really happy with my work. They're talking 50,000-60,000 people at Suncorp and the bigger the crowd the better I fight."
"It's all about timing with Pacquiao," he added. "It's all about throwing him off his game with that awkward timing I have and then nailing him with the big right first chance I get."
