The Philadelphia 76ers will look to snap their two-game losing streak when they welcome in the Los Angeles Lakers to the Wells Fargo Center.

Friday Philadelphia fell 95-85 to the Indiana Pacers at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis and will need to take advantage of the poor away form of the Lakers prior to an extensive series of games on the road.

The 76ers are 10000/1 to win the NBA Championships, while the Lakers can be backed at 10000/1.

The 76ers open up in Dallas on Tuesday against the Mavericks and play 10 of the next 11 away from home with only a visit from the Atlanta Hawks to break up the absence from Philadelphia.

The New York Knicks are six games ahead of the 76ers in the Atlantic Division after they edged the Cleveland Cavaliers 103-102 at Madison Square Garden.

Carmelo Anthony did not suit up for New York and the Knicks were fortunate to win their fourth in a row to extend their lead in the Eastern Conference. The visitors Kyrie Irving was 15-of-25 from the floor including 5-of-8 from downtown for 41 points as the Cavs nearly pulled the upset.

Also winning by a point were the Chicago Bulls who defeated the Brooklyn Nets 83-82 at the United Center. Marco Belinelli led the home side with 19 points on 6-of-9 shooting and Nate Robinson started at the point after Kirk Hinrich was ruled out prior to the game.

Chicago is idle on Sunday and then makes the trip to the FedEx Forum in Memphis to play the Grizzlies on Monday before returning the following day for the visit of the Boston Celtics.
