Trainer James Cummings was impressed and revealed that Norzita is now set for a first-up return in the Group 3 Show County Quality over 1200m on Saturday week, before targeting the Cox Plate.
Norzita is 999/1 to win the Cox Plate in October while Shoot Out can be backed at 100/1.
"She's grown into a stronger mare and now she's getting fitter she's getting the weight down," Cummings said.
"She's already done a lot for us, and she'll be mine and (grandfather Bart Cummings) first Group 1 winner we race in partnership. The Cox Plate is the target, she's won two Group 1s, and one of those wins was over 2000m."
Meanwhile, Cummings has also said that undefeated three-year-old Eurozone is looking in great shape following his recent win at Randwick.
Cummings says Eurozone is on course to race in The Run To The Rose en route to the Golden Rose.
